FCC's Toll-Free Information Service 1-888-225-5322: The FCC's National Call Center responds to inquiries on all telecommunications issues. The Call Center also provides information on obtaining a license or form and how to file a complaint. When Commission subject matter experts must be consulted, the call can be electronically transferred directly to FCC Washington HQ at no additional cost to the caller. Services are available for the hearing impaired and in Spanish.
